Classes are at Stella Maris, UWI Mona, Campion College, and Constant Spring Golf Club.
- Stella Maris Aquatic Centre on Mondays & Wednesdays at 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm
- UWI Mona on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4pm
- Campion College on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm
- Constant Spring Golf & Country Club on Saturdays at 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am & 10am.

Each class is *$1,500*.

SwimGym & SwimStrong are on Sundays at 11:30am at Constant Spring Golf Club. These classes are $2,000 per session.
