Massage therapist providing a full level of soft tissue therapy and muscle energy techniques to help resolve painful conditions; such as chronic back / joint pain, migraine, plantar fasciitis, sciatica plus many more conditions. sat having a chat with a lovely little old lady, when I suddenly got dived bomb by this tiny little fella! She came in with such a ferocious speed and basically landed on me… Looks like it’s a tiny little fledgling chick that’s only just learning to fly… Super cute! Dilemma was what to - do I take it home for safety, or just let nature take its course. When she flew off I assumed that nature should be the one to decide her future… But that was very difficult! Please send lots of positive energy to this little birdie that it manages to survive and enjoy a full life🤩

Did you know that in order to heal a poorly gut system, or to reduce issues such as irritable bowel, the body needs to have good levels of butyrates - these specifically help the body to heal the gut and instead of demonising potatoes, we should be eating them cold to help our tums !
