I have been running my small business Hammerfit for almost 8 years now. I am 25 years young with a passion for making women feel empowered, inspired and happy. I am a professional athlete myself, so you can say I lead by example. I know what it feels to put your health and fitness first and the benefits in your everyday life that comes with it. At Hammerfit, we run female only group fitness classe

s ranging from HIIT, Strength training , boxing and kickboxing. Being a professional MMA fighter, boxing and kickboxing is definitely my point of difference and what I absolutely love to teach. I pride myself on not only the programming and coaching I present, but the tight knit community/family that I have created. So, if you're thinking of joining us, I promise you won't regret it.
