One nisu uvek lepe, a ni prijatne. Teškoće, problemi, prepreke, stres, nerazumevanje... Na neke ne možemo da utičemo, ali ono što zavisi isključivo od nas je kako će dan da počne. Najbolje je da počne pobedom i to onom najvećom, nad samim sobom. Nema razvlačenja i kukanja, iz kreveta u patike pa na trčanjac. Kada pobedimo sebe, sve ostalo je mnogo lakše. Dok se grad uglavnom još proteže u rano jut
ro, trening je već gotov i vi pitate "ko je sledeći?". Nije bitno koliko se pretrči, koliko krugova, koliko kilometara, koliko stepenika. Svi smo u jednom plemenu i radimo na vreme, a svako prilagođava tempo sebi. Ne zaboravite da je najbitniji deo posla urađen samim tim što se neko pojavio. Treba se samo pojaviti, čopor će vas već povući dalje. Kada i gde se pojaviti? Utorkom u 6:30 na početku stepenica koje vode ka satu na Tvrđavi, petkom u 6:30 kod spomenika Porodica na Keju ili u Dunavskom parku kod saletle ( info će biti najavljena 2 dana pre treninga na FB stranici!). Treninzi su u potpunosti i sasvim besplatni. Vidimo se! Each day brings a lot of unpredicted things. They are not always nice or pleasant. Difficulties, problems, obstacles, stress, misunderstandings… We are not able to influence most of them, but what depends only on us is how our day will start. The best way to start a day is with a victory and the greatest victory of all is the one over oneself. No dragging and yawning, straight from bed, sneakers on, and head for a run. Once we conquer ourselves, all the rest comes much easier. While the city is still stretching in the early morning, the training session is already done and you find yourself asking “who’s next?”. It is not important how long you run, how many laps, how many miles, how many steps. We are all one tribe and work in time, and everyone adjusts their own pace. Do not forget that the hardest thing has already been done just by showing up. There is no such thing as “I can’t”. You just need to show up and the crowd will do the rest and drag you in.
