WestConn Cheerleading Western Ct State University Wolves Cheerleading Program. We are an All Girl College cheer team who cheers for football & basketball games and also competes.

WELCOME to the Western Connecticut State University Cheerleading FB Page. The WCSU Cheerleaders support the Division III Football and Division III Men's and Women's Basketball. The squad is also involved in charity projects and other campus events.

Today was fun remembering the mascots of WestConn past! The Colonials to the Wolves!
Chuck and Wally! Getting ready for the NEW turf field!
Alumni cheerleader and Coach, Amy came and got to put on the old mascot costume she used to wear sometimes during her cheer years 2001-2004! Alum Nicole also came back to the turf to visit.
Coach Deb has a special connection to all 3 of these, she has helped train and guide various students in being the mascot over her time!
(You know who you are thank you for helping with the Colonial and Wolves pride at various events and Games!)

So excited to introduce the 2026–2027 WestConn Wolves Cheerleading Team! 🐺💙🧡🤍

We had such a great turnout at tryouts and are thrilled to welcome some very talented recruits to an already amazing group of returning athletes. The past 2 years we have really been working on growing the team and leveling up the program!
We have BIG goals for this year, and we’re excited to get to work. Congratulations to everyone who made the team—let’s make it a season to remember! 💙📣
