It's Open!

Something I've been building for a very, very long time behind closed curtains, is finally here.

Supernatural Sales is a six week live course for Service based business owners who are brilliant at what they do – and stuck (or simply suck) when it comes to selling it.

Not because you're bad at sales. You're human. Selling is human. No.

Because the idea of "selling" has been etched into your brain as something you need to perform for, or hype people up about, or share intimate details of your bank account about, or be a pest about.

Because you don’t know and like and even trust “sales” in a way that makes you genuinely want to do it every single day (which is the goal).

You’ve chosen integrity… but sometimes at the cost of income.

You don't have to choose.

I’m going to show you that selling is soul-enriching when you do it well.

Not strategic?

My eye. You are, but you probably have a definition of what “being strategic” means that doesn’t fit.

Redefine it! Strategy gives you space, freedom, intention, peace (because you know you’re working towards a bigger outcome) and a genuine smug feeling. Everyone loves a smug feeling.

No but seriously, if you’ve always felt like being strategic meant stress, you’re not looking at how you’re already doing it really well

Big picture outcome down to detail
It’s a muscle
And it’s one worth developing.

I'm very excited to say that in the coming days I'm going to start talking about a new course I'm releasing! One I've been dreaming up for quite literally, years. (Its also been a while since I released a new course too!)

It's about a topic I feel very passionate about, have a lot of opinions on (😊), something I get asked about and teach a lot of strategy and mindset around in my group coaching programs, and it's something I wish I had access to when I was starting and growing my business.

Its also something that - in my opinion - is one of the major skills to have to grow a career or business that lasts.

Worth the reminder today: Think about where you want to be, imagine it already being done, having gone way better than you imagined - and ask that version of you what they did to get here.

What were the first three things they took action on?

What's the dominant feeling in their body now that they have the result?

What do they know is true now, that you once didn't? What do they believe about themselves? What do they want to say to you?

You know this, but you have all the answers. You always did 🤎🎨

When you take a moment to envision the result attained, you get the blueprint for which actions to take from here.

If you have ever felt like you’re never going to be able to “keep up” or fit in with how the rest of the world seems to be so productive, hi. 👋 Me too. We’re not supposed to.

Chronic fatigue in my 20’s flipped the idea of work and productivity on its head. I was forced to redefine it. And thank goodness for that.

I spent time looking into how work and productivity came to be the way it is - and learned that so much of it is conditioned based on culture or time. The 5 day work week was introduced by Henry ford in 1926 when he was convinced if people had a weekend they’d spend more money and stimulate the economy. Not because it was what were made for.

In Italy and Spain, work typically stops for a few hours after lunch for siesta or riposo (rest).

In France it’s illegal to work on Sundays in many industries and has a mandatory right to disconnect and 35h work week.

In Denmark, working late is seen as poor planning, not dedication.

Rest and craftsmanship across the globe in different cultures are tested as productive, not counter.

Most of us only really have a good 3-4h in us per day. The rest is distracted. If you have a chronic illness or you’re a new mama - that might be 30 minutes. Some have more. It doesn’t matter.

What you need to know is, the world is so large and so many people have already paved the way to show you you can build an incredible, meaningful business in a short amount of time no matter how much time or bandwidth or capacity you have - if you get your priorities in line.

Corporate expectations aside - look around at different cultures. Look at your own rhythms and how you best operate. Your circadian rhythms. Your seasons and cycles. Take your own personal life and priorities into consideration as you design the way you work - not the expectations laid down by people who have no say in your life.

If you’re a small business owner, exercise your free will to work at your own pace and in your own way. There’s always someone already doing it the way you’d like to; and proving that it works. 🤎

How do you show up and sell when you’re a high integrity person but… feeling needy?

The very last thing an ethically focused human wants to be, is pushy or salesy. And when they genuinely need clients - like every business does! - they end up hiding and waiting until a magical time they *don’t* feel needy - which winds up increasing the pressure.

So what’s a kid to do?

Hold it with an open palm. New focus.

Every area of your life affects the whole. Affects the big picture.

And you, the human with the life - desiring a whole new way of being, cannot simply dismember a piece of yourself and your soul - and think that doing so will *not* affect why you haven’t yet been able to bring your whole self across the line and stay there, right?

Its holistic. It always has been.

The numbers are the numbers, The data gives us what we need to make part of the decisions - but there is data inside of you too - that affects your ability to change the numbers.

There’s conditioning. Rules. Decisions you made at some point about yourself and how the world works. Every piece needs light shed on it, so we can use every instrument at our disposal to piece together the work of art that is becoming your life, day by day.

It takes time. But keeping parts of your life dismembered from your dream takes WAY longer.

(*Infinitely longer*, dare I say)

This is the only kind of all or nothing we can get behind.
