Our Bombshells of the Month for July AND August go to… ME JULIE’S! 👑👑 Julie Middleton Julie Anne Davies

Well, how on earth do you separate this epic duo?! So naturally we didn’t! 😂

These two absolute powerhouses bring SO much energy to the Bombshell family. On the pitch, they are a force to be reckoned with storming through opposition defence lines with their epic drives and leaving chaos in their wake! 💥🏉

But it’s not just what they bring on the pitch… it’s the laughter the fun the infectious personalities and of course the EPIC fancy dress! 😂🎭 They just deliver. Every. Single. Time.

They bring so much light, energy and positivity to the team and have been core Bombshells from Day 1. Their commitment to training, matches and everything that makes this team what it is never goes unnoticed.

And let’s not forget the Shot Queens! 🥃👑 Matches simply wouldn’t be the same without these two providing the goods! 😂
They come as a package deal, and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

They are the epitome of what it means to be a Bombshell — fun, fierce, committed, supportive, slightly bloody mental and always up for a good time! 💣🔥

So, Me Julie’s, this one is SO deserved.

JUNE - Jen

Jennifer Dawe may be one of the newest members of our team, but honestly… you’d never know it! She has slotted into the Bombshell family so effortlessly that it genuinely feels like she’s been with us since day one. 🥰

From the very beginning, Jen has brought so much energy, enthusiasm and commitment — whether it’s training, match days or getting stuck into our fundraising events.

And then there’s Jen’s wonderfully level-headed approach. When the rest of us are doubting ourselves, overthinking things or having a little wobble, Jen has a way of bringing us back down to earth and reminding us what we’re capable of. ❤️

She has become such a natural part of our sisterhood, bringing positivity, commitment, laughter and that all-important Bombshell spirit.

A big well done to all our ladies who took on the Richard Burton 10k & Kevin Webber Mini Miler today! 🏃‍♀️and to all the amazing Bombshells who volunteered to marshall the event and those who were out there support the ladies 🙌

Super proud of every single one of you. You set yourselves a challenge, got out there and absolutely smashed it! 💪❤️

From the rugby pitch to the running race these Bombshells just keep showing what they're made of!

What a great night last night in our round robin with Tonna Turbette's Touch Rugby ❤️

Great rugby, plenty of laughs and that defence was on fire once again! 💪🔥 Not letting much past us at the moment ladies!

It's been a brilliant month packed with games, rugby and plenty of socialising but you'll be pleased to hear... you have a few Fridays off 🤣🥂

Great numbers tonight and it was a warm one! 🥵

Lots of new drills to get those brains working and the feet moving, plenty of thinking faces and the odd confused Bombshell thrown in for good measure! 🤣

We finished off with a fast-paced game to put it all into practice and what a way to end the session! 💪

Sweaty, smiling and always a little bit bonkers! ❤️

💣🐚 STORM AUSTEN 0 – Touch Rugby 1!

Well not even storm Austen could put a stop to our game tonight! 💪

A great night with our neighbours, the Aberavon Harlequeens RFC ❤️ Fast-paced rugby, Gill Hillan running the right way up the pitch (we’re calling that progress 🤣) plenty of smiles and a good old catch-up with the girls afterwards.

Dummy Club also made a comeback with the rule “any hat that wasn’t a Bombshells/Baglan hat” and let’s just say there was some VERY interesting headwear on show! 🎩😂

A massive thank you to the Harlequeens for being fantastic hosts and for a brilliant game, played exactly how Vets Touch Rugby should be with great rugby, plenty of laughs and everything in the spirit of the game. ❤️

We might be an over-30s team but don’t let that fool you… we still love a good run about! 🏃‍♀️💨

🌪️💣 The brewing storm wasn’t putting the bombshells off tonight! 🐚💪

Great drills, a fast-paced game and the coaches are even asking for MORE talking! 🤣

Now was that more on-field communication they were after or have they finally accepted that getting the bombshells to stop their usual chit-chat is a losing battle? 🤔😂🤔

Either way plenty of effort, plenty of laughs and the noise levels were definitely increasing! 🗣️💥
