Home and hosed from the Ras. I had a great week riding for , a good crew to be around and we wanted for nothing. 🙌
It was a late decision to ride, but one I’m glad I made. In the peak of my cycling days, years ago, you took weeks like these for granted. It was a privilege to take to the start line each day. The days were tough, and the pace was immense.
Thank you to the Castlebar crew and the riders Anto, Jack, David and Jamie. Thanks also to every bumper I encountered on my return to the peloton when gravity got the better of me

Delighted to have taken part in the amazing event hosted this weekend by Starsky Cycling Club and Cycling Ireland, who facilitated the Youth Tandem Championships as part of Round 2 of the Cycling Ireland Para National League.

A huge well done to every young rider who took part and a very special congratulations to our champion, Kal, on a fantastic performance!

It was an incredible day of racing, with a real focus on youth inclusion, accessibility, and the shared joy that makes this sport so special. The atmosphere trackside said it all, support, teamwork, and plenty of smiles from start to finish.

Here’s to many more moments like this!

I would like to wish Cuchulainn Cycling Club all the best on the occasion of their 90th Year celebrations tonight. A heartfelt thank you to chairman Francis Laverty for the kind invitation. Unfortunately, I can't make it, but I hope you all have a fantastic night and enjoy the evening to the fullest!
I have great memories in a Cúchulainn jersey. Being part of a team that won the Newry 3 day is the highlight.
