Being active is important to me for both my physical and mental health. For too long, society made me believe that because I was plus sized there was no place for me at the gym or in the fitness industry. Today I say a hearty, “EFF THAT!” as I take space for myself and my clients to engage in movement for overall wellbeing.

Turns out the “new kid” phase is actually kind of fun 🤩

Grateful to PHNX for giving me a soft landing after a bumpy ride 🙏 and giving me proof that growth usually starts right after you do something that feels a little uncomfortable.

And while we’re talking about showing up - FREE community class at PHNX Fithouse grand opening this Saturday July 18th! I love supporting a good crew and this one is as good as it gets.

Why did no one tell us?!

Building my fitness routine over my lifetime has been like going to war - I didn’t always feel like my body was my ally, it was my opponent

But once you learn to release yourself from expectations of what you “should be”, and let yourself explore the fun, the curiosity, the community of the fit fam? Honestly, that’s the real good s**t right there
