We had the pleasure of hosting our President’s Club 2025 Weekend in Key West. All Lo’s that funded $10 million(+) were invited with their spouses/guest to spend the weekend in Key West. This weekend was designed to acknowledge their commitment to success and to show our gratitude 🙏 for their contributions. Shout out to Mark Gundry for the great swag provided for the event.

Sicily was a truly magical place to visit. We climbed Mount Edna, visited the famous Bar Vitelli from the Godfather, ate Pulpo from the grill in Catania fish market, enjoyed Cous-Cous in Trapani, stayed at Vineyards and Masserias in the inner country, went cruising by boat and dove in the Mediterranean; ate Granitas and Cannolis everyday, drank WAY too many Messina Beers; visited museums, churches and Historic sites, took pictures of a mermaid named Paola;Wonderful wines and Olive Oils, Climbed Mount Rocca in Cefula, and just enjoyed practically everything Sicily had to offer. We will be back!

At C2C we have weekly Peer to Peer Mastermind calls, One on One coaching calls, Team View Chats, Weekly Pipeline calls that are open to the entire company and weekly sales calls.
This week's sales call covered amazing new products C2C is rolling out to clients/partners.
1) A Mortgage Interest busting loan product that allows clients to eliminate interest faster. Financial Advisors absolutely love this product and seek out mortgage lenders that offer it. Our LOs are looking to partner with realtors and comarket product to FA and CPAs.
2) Bridge Loans for folks vacating their home and need the money from vacating home for new home purchase.
3) Addition of a Strictly A Paper investor that gives these clients with great credit scores exceptional industry leading pricing.
4) Heloc - Bank Statement or 1099 Investor, allows for 2nd loans or Helocs using bank statements or 1099 as income.
5) We also reviewed the 10 year Treasury movements, future predicted changes and MBS market.
6) We added 2 more commercial lenders at the request of the sales team, to give them the ability to serve more clients.

We collaborate with our LO's to help them have the products they need to succeed and good understanding of the marketplace and events driving rates and pricing.

In Oct 1997 I closed on a home in NYC for $185,000. Adjusted for inflation that same home would be $400,000 today. That home I purchased was previously sold for $110,000. I paid almost 100% more!
Min wage in 1997 was $5.50. Today it’s $12.00 and many states are moving towards $15.50. Almost triple of 1997.
Rates moving and real estate appreciation has occurred every day of any housing cycle.
You still receive many advantages when owning a home. The interest deduction under $1 million dollar purchase, you still gain equity and you still have the pleasure of going home at night after you’ve worked all day in the home you own. You’re children can have their own rooms and play in your backyard - in the home you own.
The American Dream is still available and still an amazing experience. If you’re interested in becoming a home owner - become a home owner.
BTW: the same things you’re hearing today and reading about housing - I heard them I 1997. Same thing different year. Here are the facts.
Population growth is not going to stop. People are still having children and immigration will continue.
There is a finite amount of homes- and an infinite amount of people world wide that want to purchase the American Dream.
