We're doing a 3 part team WOD. Points for total number of thrusters, snatches and calories rowed of the team.

10min AMRAP
Max thrusters (95/75) while partner holds HS

2 min rest

10min AMRAP
Snatches (75) while partner holds a hollow body position

2 mins rest

Max calorie row while partner runs at 6mph

===Z-MAC Simplfied: Booking===
From now on, if you'd like to book a team WOD, simply book the room on the SiloFit app (there is only one silofit app in MTL). It'll cost you anywhere from 5-15$ for the room. Once the room is booked, let me know and I'll make a post and try to invite others to your session. I'll program the workout and provide coaching for 10$...unless you get others to join you in the workout in which case all you have to pay is the SiloFit session that you already booked. Additional members to a session will pay a flat 10$ a session. In summary:
---Initiating a Session---
1) Book and pay for the room for your selected timeslot
2) Let me know or book an appointment with me here (10$ charge if you are alone)
3) Lift!
---Joining a Session---
1) Look for a workout post on Z-MAC at a time that works for you
2) Confirm your attendance
3) Lift!

Hey ZMAC!
Last Saturday, I went over to the 'Silo' to familiarize myself with the equipment and to try out the facilities, here's the update. The room is small and has a treadmill, a rower, a squat rack/pull-up station and other smaller training equipment. Yes! There ARE BUMPER PLATES and you can drop the weights! However, there is only one barbell station that can be used for Olympic/Power lifting at a time. Forget wall balls, the medicine balls are neither heavy enough nor is there a target for them. Forget kipping pull-ups or muscle-ups as the roof is too low to allow for it.

Overall, the room was clean and organized and it was a pleasure to train there. The workouts will require adapting but I am certain that we can get you workouts that are equal in quality with what we had at the MAC, it will just have to be more of a circuit-style WOD.

Hey Guys!
As you all know, the MAC is almost done but that doesn't mean we have to put an end to our training! Introducing the Zombie MAC Pack because what is dead may never die! The goal is to provide an alternative to the Mansfield's CrossFit program using a simple community-driven, affordable and personalized functional training program.

Location: 2075 Blvd Robert-Bourassa
Decent equipment, clean and complete with the basic amenities and more. Accessible via the SiloFit app for more information or for booking.

Location: Other
Alternative training locations are an option, bring it up if you'd like to train elsewhere.

Payment Plans
The Z-MAC Pack will be offering two separate payment plans for 1h sessions. Note that the facility registration is covered within the cost but it may be simpler if you guys book the SiloFit session and pay for it (5-15$) then that amount will be added to your balance.

(1) Pay-As-You-Go: Make a payment to add money to your account balance. When you book a session, the amount will be deducted from your account and the price will vary depending on how many people in the group. for Pay-As-You-Go members, the rate will be a flat group rate of $50/session, split over the number of members that are registered. For example, a single person would pay $50, two people would pay $25 each and so on, to a maximum of 5 people.

(2) Monthly Pass: $100/month
For up to a maximum of 3 sessions/week and with at least 4 members per booking. If you book a session and do not show up, a penalty $5 surcharge will be applied to only your balance.

Booking Options:
(1) Leader of the pack
Make a Facebook post specifying a specific training TIME-SLOT and MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS required. Using the SiloFit App, check the availability of the room. If both the room is available and the minimum number of participants is reached, confirm with me and I will book it. Alternatively, if you book the room, the cost of the room will be deducted from your total if the session takes place. Once the MINIMUM number of participants has been reached, the session becomes active.

(2) Join in on the fun
Spot a post on the Z-MAC Pack page that has room for you and comment that you want to join. This is a binding agreement to attend unless someone else can take your spot.
