If you've seen Matt training at our Hall street location, repping pull up after pull up, it'd be no surprise how he was able to will himself to the finish line. Running heartbreak hill is a massive effort in itself. To do that in a wheelchair is strength and resilience personified!

This coming Monday we start out 3rd Program for 2024.

Congratulations to everyone who completed our "Unite" program that finished last week. It was one of the most enjoyable 12 weeks we've had as coaches and staff. The results speak for themselves, with records falling in all major testing categories.

Community has been our biggest driver since opening Vrtus. That's why it was an easy choice to align with the guys at

Guy, Johnny, Clint and the team have been a huge part of the Bondi Community over the last 18 years. When the opportunity came up for a cafe at our Bondi Road location, we didn't hesitate to reach out to the team and we're so excited to announce the opening of their second cafe!

Our in-house physio team is now open to the public.

With over 10 years of experience in elite sports across AFL, Surfing and Rugby, they aim to bring a wealth of experience to the members and the wider Eastern Suburbs community. Our team works closely with the expert coaching staff at VRTUS to keep our patients performing at the top of their game.

The VRTUSphysio team includes physios, massage therapists and doctors who provide medical support to:

What a day yesterday was!

Vrtus Cup '24. A chance for our members and guests to test their skills against each other. Vibes were high, everyone gave 100! We're so grateful for this community that just keeps growing.

We teamed up with our good friends at with all proceeds going to them. They're an amazing organisation who do so much to help children and adults with disabilities and their families.

Many thanks also to our sponsors who donated prizes to our winners.
