Was having a family beach day and then this happened! We got to see one of the best fire shows I’ve ever seen! The amount of props took out was incredible! I’m in awe and they were absolutely lovely people and let me try their 6 flame fire hoop 🥹 I’ve only ever done 3 so this was a first for me and I was so happy I got to try it! Obviously everything I know went out the window 😆 but I absolutely loved it!

The best part about travelling is meeting people from around the world and experiencing new things at the most unexpected times!

Recharge. We all needed this.
Those moments where everything slows down,
where you’re fully in it… present, moving, breathing.

That’s what hooping gives me. But it also doesn’t mean switching off from reality. There are real, horrific things happening to innocent people every day. And somehow we’re holding on to both. Finding joy in the moment…while staying aware, and choosing to show up in whatever way we can.

Thank you for giving the hoop community an opportunity to show up when most of us didn’t know how to help and thanks to for this awesome combo xx

Most days look like this…
Slow mornings, coffee, heading out in the heat.
And in between all of that I’m in my messages, giving feedback, answering questions, checking in.

One of my students ran her first workshop with 75 kids in one day. And the best part is how much confidence she’s just built from that.
That’s my favourite part of all of this.
Not just creating something, but being there while people grow into it.
Because this was never meant to be
‘here’s a course, good luck’.
It’s support, encouragement, guidance all the way through.

I’ve built it around a life I actually enjoy living. That’s the goal… and it’s more possible than you think.
