🧘♀️ Free Sivananda Yoga for Beginners 🧘♂️
We’re delighted to welcome Aoife to the centre for a free 4-session Sivananda Yoga beginners’ course starting this Monday, Feb 9th. Places are limited, so be sure to get in touch if you’d like to join.
Sivananda yoga classes are traditional and well-rounded, combining breathwork (pranayama), yogic postures, relaxation, and gentle awareness.
This course is designed for beginners (not advanced students), but you’ll explore a variety of breathing techniques and postures, ranging from easy to more challenging, always with a strong focus on deep relaxation ✨
It’s a great opportunity to build a solid foundation, slow down, reconnect with your body and breath, and enjoy some time focused on wellbeing in a friendly community setting.
