Old traumas don’t really go away—they just hang out in the background.

We might think we're over past pain, but it still affects us without us even noticing.

Here’s how you can start dealing with those hidden wounds:

↳ Admit it hurts. Acknowledging lingering trauma is the first step to healing.

↳ Listen to your body. It might show signs of what your mind tries to brush off.

↳ Get some help. A good therapist can dig deep and help you heal.

↳ Be kind to yourself. Give yourself the same love and understanding you’d give a friend.

Feeling wiped out and dragging through your day?

You start with all the energy in the world, but by the afternoon, you're totally wiped out.

By the time you get home, you're so beat that Netflix and the couch are all you can handle.

So you load up on coffee, energy drinks, or whatever else you can think of — but nothing helps.

And when that sluggish feeling hits again, you start thinking:

This is just how it is now.

I’ll never get my old energy back.

But here’s what’s really going on.

Your energy dip might be due to your mitochondrial health, those little power plants in your cells.

If you want to feel like your old self, you’ve got to give your mitochondria a boost.

Say hello to the Battery Charging Protocol.

Here’s how you can power up:

1. Try sprint intervals with a 1 to 4 work-to-rest ratio.

2. Dive into Tabata training: 20 seconds of hard work, 10 seconds rest, rinse and repeat for 4 minutes.

3. Get into Gabbala training: 1 minute full blast, 75 seconds chill, repeat 8-12 times.
