2 of the most common mistakes during the free immersion:
1- during the descent always keep your head straight. Avoid looking down, it will create tension on your neck amd making you feel unconfortable
2- during the ascent pull yourself on the rope and let the inertia of the movement to take you up. Let the buyoancy do the job 🌊
