The PADI Seal Team Course is perfect for kids aged 8 - 12 who are interested in scuba diving. It's a day of fun in the pool blowing lots of bubbles.

During the Seal Team Program, the kids learn lots of great scuba skills and complete Aqua Missions. This PADI course is amazing not only is it fun but it's also really educational.

On the first day, complete 5 Aqua Missions. During each mission, they learn a new skill and get to play a new game that encompasses the skills they have learned. By the end of the day, they will have earned membership into the PADI Seal Team. They get a membership card, certificate, Log Book; but most importantly they can now choose their own specialty dives and work towards becoming a Master Seal Diver. Here are some of the specialties they can choose from;

Fish Identification; Search and Recovery; Wreck; Night; Navigation; Photography, Videography; Equipment; Buoyancy; Conservation to name a few. Each specialty takes approximately an hour to complete.

It's really important for me that all the kids have an awesome time scuba diving with me and the equipment plays a big role and so I thought I would take the opportunity to show it off and explain why the kids love it too!

It's specifically designed for kids; not just small adult sizes (big difference), it’s light and comfortable and really adjustable.

TANKS - small pony bottle tanks. In the picture, I have shown an adult one (Black) next to the kids one so you can see the difference. The girls who came along yesterday were in the water for around 3 hours.

BCDs (Jackets); are adjustable and the buttons on the inflator are made for kids' hands and so easier for them to press.

REGULATORS mouthpieces are made to sit in the roof of the mouth so they don’t have to bite down which can be tricky with ever-changing mouths; braces and missing teeth.

MASKS; we have lots of different shapes and sizes but they all have soft neoprene straps; so no knotted or pulled hair. So much more comfortable for them.

FINS; we have lots and lots of different fins too

WETSUITS: if they would like to wear one we have a large selection of them although I heat the pool to 28 degrees and so no worries about getting cold.

GAMES AND PHOTOS; there are plenty of underwater games and they all get to play with the underwater camera and take as many pictures as they like; which I send to their parent's email address at the end of the day free of charge.

School Holiday 1 Day Scuba Diving PADI Program

PADI Seal Team Course is a beginner pool-only-based course for 8 to 12-year-olds.

Conducted in a warm swimming pool the kids play games whilst learning the basics of how to scuba dive. At the end of the day, they will have earned their official PADI Seal Team Membership and be able to go on to compete in other pool-based aqua missions - like underwater photography, night dives, and much much more.

The PADI Seal Team is a great safe introduction to the world of scuba diving and prepares them to become future PADI Open Water Scuba divers.
