Was in Poland on the weekend at the a kyokushin youth knock down tournament with a fantastic Sensei called Paweł Buntai , and my own Shihan Terry Birkett who took a gruling 7 hour seminar . This community is the reason I love martial arts . Osu.

Awesome early sunday sweat session this morning .
100 burpees , 5 sets 20 with 1 min rest in between .
50 decline pressups , feet on a chair 5 sets 10 1 min rest in between .
50 lift an squat with 25 kg bag , 5 sets 10 with 1 min in between .
Then 16 mins bag work 1 min on 1 min off.
Then for desert some bicep curls cos every day is fu***ng arm day bro !
