couch2cave couch2cave's aim is to provide an open water swimming experience in a fun, safe and exciting environ

Rachel ( a qualified level 2 open water coach ) and her team of qualified coaches , instructors and lifeguards will be there to help teach swimming , give advice on technique , give triathlon tips , building swim fitness and not forgetting the leisurely swimmers who would like to get to a cave or 2!

and donations from couch2cave swimmers and their friends and families. Over 7000 euro raised for Breast Cancer awareness & for our Swim in Pink day.

💕From our pre swim dance with to the post swim coffee and cupcakes, all captured on
camera by .onemey (drone footage to follow...), it was a great day for a great cause.
