We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Hono a Itto Ryu - Belgian Branch (https://www.onohaittoryu.be/). On Wednesday evenings at École la Colombe in Etterbeek it is now possible to practice Kenjutsu from the Hono a Itto Ryu school. The integration of this practice with our aikido classes is meant to help the students with posture, timing and spacing while integrating on a weekly basis the art of weapons.

What an Amazing Sunday !
As CESAM Aikido we were glad to participate to the "Marchè du Sport" in Etterbeek last week.
