I can't believe I'm writing this, You wasnt just my client but you was my friend or your 2nd Husband as you told Dan. You was a One In a Million, courageous, Happy Go Lucky and was Always Smiling no matter what.
I can honestly say that I was privileged to of been your PT/Friend, to of been a Part of Your Life to help you achieve your goals for the better.
it was an honour to of met you, I will never forget your laughs and your Humour and your wisdom of wanting to keep plodding on no matter what.
You lived your life to the full I can say that and you made everyone smile or laugh wherever you went.
CF Unfortunately didn't let you carry on and your time came, Fly High and Keep Partying, my thoughts and prayers are with Dan & Your Family at this sad time 😢🙏💔 Heartbroken is an understatement RIP Kate ###x

Today's workouts:-
400 metre run
150 Metre Row under 30secs
10 x Deadlifts 40kg Bar
10 x Military Press 40kg Bar
10 x Toe 2 Bar
5 Rounds
Finished with 5 Sprints 20secs on 20 secs off
Last Sprint Done for 30secs 😨😰

Today's Workout:

10 Rounds
50kg Bench Press
5 Box Jumps 32" Box

150 Reps of Bench has to be done, everytime you put the Bar down you do 5 Box Jumps!!

I managed to do:
Round 1 - 15 + 5
Round 2 - 15 + 5
Round 3 - 15 + 5
Round 4 - 15 + 5
Round 5 - 10 + 5
Round 6 - 12 + 5
Round 7 - 13 + 5
Round 8 - 15 + 5
Round 9 - 20 + 5
Round 10- 20 + 5

Have a go at this one, you'll be surprised at how intense this one can be. On the plus side I'm down 7lbs in 2 weeks from eating healthy, having the odd snack here and there still but drinking plenty of Water 👌

280 Skips 2 footed Jumps

3 x P*P
6 x X-Fit Burpees
9 x Pullups or KB Swings 20kg

To be done on every 2nd min
So start on minute 1 and then go again minute 3

5 rounds finish with 280 skips
All to be done under 15mins
I finished it in 14:38

Cramp in my calf didn't help 😫🤦‍♂️

Workout made up by Lucas

20kg/30kg Slam Ball
12kg KB Swings into Shoulder Press
Tyre Squat Jumps (feet either side of tyre)
32" Box Jumps
60kg Trap Bar Deadlifts
Ring Pull Ups

Reps went from 1 - 5
Then back down from 5reps to 1 rep

I started off with 5reps down to 1 and then back up. Not as easy as it looks but have a go and see how you get on. 👊

Watt Bike - 2000metres level 10 Magnitude 2
5 x Pull Ups
10 x Alternate Shoulder Press 16kg KB
15 x Pressups
20 x Landmine Press 5 & 2.5kg Plates on bar
20 x Squats
15 x 25kg Plate Chest Press lay on floor
10 x Toe to Bar
5 x Pull ups

So 3 Rounds of this and you have to get under 3:30 on the Watt Bike.
My times for this were:-

The time has come where my Daughter has finally passed her test and got her own independance! Now it's time for you to drive me about and pick me up! New Car off me and Maria Grandma ❤️❤️xx
P.S I finally got a smile off her as you can see in the picture she looked really pleased 🤦‍♂️🤣

Not only have I got a 17 Yr old Daughter but I've also got a very bright and clever daughter who has not only recently got a dissertation in college but has now passed her test! Here's to your own independence finally 🥰xx

Exercise for today, I was suppose to use 50kg but with the torn ACL I'm recovering from I thought I'd be safe than sorry and use 40kg.
Doesn't seem as much of a workout but the hang clean and presses get to you and put a lot of strain on the hands and forearms.
I also gave myself 30secs between sets and I may of gone over once or twice that 30secs rest.
Have a go see how you get on.
