đ± **Starting January 9th, Iâm opening a small online group (10 people only).**
This group is for people who are capable, committed, and responsible â
and who are feeling the effects of sustained pressure: mental fatigue, stress that doesnât really switch off, or the sense of being close to overload.
Very often, stress and burnout donât come from weakness or lack of motivation. They come from **automatic mental patterns** like self-criticism, perfectionism, or always feeling âon duty.â
Over **6 weeks**, this small group will focus on:

âą building emotional and mental resilience
âą preventing burnout before the body forces a stop
âą learning how to perform without constant pressure
