Latest Covid figures for Jan 22. I suspect cases were actually higher as many people didn’t bother getting tested and others would be asymptomatic.

The explosion in cases is irrefutable proof that vaccines don’t stop transmissions.

Case fatality rate (CFR) for 2022 is less than 1 in 1000. The real CFR would be even lower for the reasons above and the fact that most people had comorbidities. i.e. died with rather than from Covid.

The CFR for those of working age and younger is 1 in 5,000 making a complete mockery of the policy of locking down workers.

The CFR for children 19 and younger is 1 in 60,000 making an even bigger mockery of the need to vaccinate children. This figure is skewed by the fact that all children had serious underlying comorbidities that were the primary cause of death.

Worth noting however that South Africa which is only 24% vaccinated also has a very similar CFR. So the lower rate is due to Omicron being less deadly, rather than vaccinations which even the CEO of Pfizer has admitted is not effective for Omicron.

The mortality rate in 2019 is 7 times higher than the Covid CFR. That is, living is 7 times more dangerous than Covid if you actually caught it.

Based on this data, the government overreach and paranoia around Covid need to end.

11:45am – Prelude to Salute from the big sound system.
11:57am – 21 Gun Salute at Bradfield Park.
12 noon – Join choirs in the singing of the national anthem at Hickson Road Reserve, Overseas Passenger Terminal, Sydney Opera House
12:01pm – RAAF finale and handling display.
12:05pm – Tug & Yacht Ballet
