When I first started my own fitness journey, unfortunately I did not have access to the support of a personal trainer. 😕
This came for a price. During the first year, my own training was unstructured. After the initial progress, my gains stalled. Using too heavy weights and poor form did not only hinder the progress but also soon caused first injuries.
This was long time ago. The years to follow I was fortunate to learn from personal trainers, then to become a fitness professional myself, and eventually to be a mentor to the next generation of aspiring trainers.
Looking back, I wish I would have exploited the my own initial training phase more effectively by seeking professional advice earlier.
Personal training can be a great way to start or boost your fitness journey. I am always thrilled to share my knowledge around fitness & health. Not only during regular sessions but also through occasional or single sessions.
