Orange Batch Update To all pilots waiting for the Limited Orange Castroy,

We would like to provide a brief and transparent update.

The Orange Batch could have been shipped alongside the Light Blue Batch. However, during our final inspection process, we identified an inconsistency in a orange fabric batch used for the tail section of the outer shell.

While this was NOT a flight safety issue, it simply did not fully meet the quality standard we expect for a Fly Bello product.

Rather than shipping the harnesses as they were, we made the decision to replace all affected tail panels with a lighter and more stable fabric. This additional work is the reason the Orange Batch has been delayed compared to the Light Blue Batch.

The Light Blue Batch is not affected and customers continue to receive their harnesses as planned.

The Orange Batch is finally ready, and the first shipments will leave our factory starting in next three days: June 15th.

As a small manufacturer launching a new design, we believe it is better to delay a shipment than to compromise on quality. Every Orange Batch customer will receive a harness built with the final corrected material.

For anyone who no longer wishes to wait, we fully understand and will gladly arrange a 100% refund upon request.

Fly Bello would like to announce:

At present, Fly Bello does not have any official distributor, commercial representative, or authorized partner in the Japanese market.

Since approximately February 2026, several harness prototypes identified as “Castroy” or featuring concepts visually similar to Castroy — particularly the open upper-body structure concept — have appeared in Japan. These products are experimental prototypes/samples from previous development stages and are not official commercial versions released by Fly Bello.

Fly Bello has never authorized, approved, or officially announced any commercial testing, promotion, or distribution activities related to these prototypes in Japan.

Fly Bello is currently reviewing several matters related to the unauthorized use of prototypes, product images, configurations, and technical materials outside the permitted scope.

Official information regarding the commercial version, production standards, and global distribution system will be announced by Fly Bello in the near future.
