This brought tears to my eyes. This group is amazing. We have had tears of frustration, “I will never get this” moments, “how do I count to Hundred and cue” so so many moments. Through it all, I see the break throughs happening, both mentally and physically. Understanding why the Fundamentals have to happen and how they tie into the Mat movements. How Mat Pilates can be a dance of flowing movement through transitions. And yet, we come back everyday to learn more, practice longer and become stronger mentally and physically.

Such a nice compliment for my trio today traveling through Vietnam. They took the time to do a session with me An Pilates.
