That’s a wrap on ITE HCMC. 🔥

Three days, a lot of coffee, and more conversations than we could count with travel professionals from across Asia, Europe and beyond.

What struck us most was how many people are looking for something different to offer their clients on Phu Quoc. Not another resort. Somewhere people train, transform and belong.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by booth 75, asked good questions and shared ideas with us. We’re following up with all of you this week.

Some strength is measured in kilometres.

Some is measured in what you do with it.

Last December, NOVA coach and former Royal Marines Commando Darren took on a challenge unlike any other — 120km across Phu Quoc, carrying a 30kg Đông Sơn drum, to raise support for children with cancer.

This week, that journey came full circle.

On August 25, our team travelled to Ho Chi Minh City to deliver the contribution to the KARE Program of the Vietnam Children’s Fund, supporting children receiving treatment at City Children’s Hospital.

But the day wasn’t only about the donation.

It was about showing up.

Our coaches spent time with the children through movement, music, hand dances, laughter and plenty of smiles. We also brought gifts for 80 young patients across the Oncology and Clinical Hematology departments — a small reminder that they are surrounded by people cheering them on.

From carrying 30kg across an island to sharing a moment of laughter inside a hospital room, this journey reminded us why we believe strength should always have a purpose.

Train hard.

Fitness is about more than getting stronger.

It’s about building confidence. Finding your people. Creating opportunities. And being part of something bigger than yourself.

Today, NOVA welcomed children from our local Vietnamese community for a morning of Muay Thai, good food, plenty of smiles — and, of course, a well-earned sugar boost. 🍭

And it was the little moments that stayed with us.

One child finished lunch and immediately wanted to go back for another Muay Thai session. 🥊

Another decided to share a slice of watermelon with a new NOVA guest — a small gesture that said so much about connection and generosity. 🍉

And around the retreat, there were kids laughing on the swings, encouraging each other and simply enjoying being together.

Maybe that’s what days like today are really about!

Creating moments where children can feel confident, connected and welcome. Giving them the chance to try something new, make new friends and create memories they’ll carry with them.

Because when we think about our community, we also think about its future.

We believe NOVA can be more than a place to train. It can be a place where people connect, grow and feel part of something bigger.

This is fitness with purpose.
This is community.
