Aloha Taiwan!
June is a very unpredictable month for planning a trip here. It's raining almost every day. We were lucky to finish probably the best hike in magnificent Taroko National Park without getting wet. At least not from the rain 😅 It was 6km roundtrip with around 1km of a very narrow path above over 700m steep wall. The relatively short distance is long enough to get daily dose of adrenaline by walking close to the edge. Thank you my dear, personal guide for this adventure!

Sunday market in Bac Ha, Lao Cai province is a great opportunity to see local people from fourteen different etnic groups who are inhabitants of the region. There are total of fifty four different etnic groups in Vietnam giving this country a lot of diversity with their cultures.

I couldn't end the Vietnam story without closing the Ha Giang Loop. So far the greatest experience I had in Vietnam. This is also an opinion of multiple people met along the way. If you feel comfortable riding motorbike it's definitely for you. Last day it was wet and cloudy, I slowed down on a muddy turn but felt down anyways. Nothing bad happened but you need to be always very careful. Despite being most of the time on a bike you still interact with both fellow travelers and local people. There is not much hustle and that's the best part of the region. I'm wondering why UNESCO recognised this super spectacular area only in 2010 but that hopefuly will protect it's uniqueness. I'm keen to go anytime back again and do it all over again even slower andmaybe another direction this time.
