Ving Tsun is the efficient, direct and simple close combat style as taught and understood by Yip Man and Wong Shun Leung in Hong Kong. Ving Tsun is completely different from Wing Tsun (WT / Leung Ting) and also less or more (rather more) different from most other Wing Chun styles. It also has nothing in common with any kind of Vietnamese Wing Chun. My Ving Tsun, as I teach it in Saigon, is for fighting and not for sports.
