Gift from my client in Japan. She was in Vietnam and practiced ashtanga with me almost 2 years, then she backed to Tokyo last year for work reason. Today, she backed to Saigon in 1 week, right the first moment we saw each other she said I missed your classes, I can't find other classes like yours in Tokyo, what are you doing with us 🤣 (she mention about other one who sometimes practice with me too and now both of them back to their home country). Well, I'm sorry, I don't know 😂. Anyway, happy to see people went around and back.

Just wanna try something new in my routine when I stuck in a couple of asanas that I'm practicing. I jumped and tried to do a new posture, in 3rd series instead of keeping my routine. This is one of the days I break the rule. To me, discipline and rule are still important in practice but all of that lead us to freedom, so why we don't create your own space and feel free within your discipline, right now 🙃😉😊

Hamstring short is one of my body limitation, so I did not post much the posture related it. Today, just want to see in other side of one of my weakness, still is not a beautiful shape but at least I'm fine with my imperfect version

Lời mời tham gia vòng tròn Hạnh Phúc ngày 5/04/2025 với chủ đề: “Nhìn mình, hiểu mình”
Với mong muốn tạo ra một không gian thật sự an toàn để những ai tham gia có thể nhìn và hiểu mình từ bên trong, tự do chia sẻ những cảm xúc sâu kín của mình mà không sợ bị phán xét. Nơi đây bạn sẽ yên tâm thổ lộ ra những vụn vỡ, mong manh mà không phải đề phòng bất cứ điềugì.
Mình trong vai trò host muốn mời gọi anh chị em bạn bè bước vào vòng tròn chia sẻ những quan sát về việc ghi nhận và hiểu hơn về các cảm xúc đang diễn ra bên trong mình. Đồng thời cùng ngồi lại chiêm nghiệm, đúc kết về câu hỏi trung tâm:
“Chúng ta có đang nhìn mình mỗi ngày (quan sát cảm xúc, suy nghĩ không?), khi nhìn chính mình chúng ta thấy được gì?”
Lý do khiến mình muốn khởi tạo vòng tròn với câu hỏi trên vì muốn kết nối và tạo không gian cho những người bạn của mình có nhu cầu quan tâm đến cảm xúc và sức khỏe tinh thần nhiều hơn. ..
