You’re going to the World Championships!! kept at it through the pandemic. He remained focused and trained, continuing to challenge himself. The result? He smashed out a well deserved 20+min PB at .3vietnam .

to last weekend in Tuan Chau, where the Vietnamese National Team punched well above their weight at the .

The team competed with aggression and purpose, animating the front of their races. From .quanglam ‘s super swim/bike combination (6th), to Trinh’s hard fought 4th (duathlon), culminating in San’s perfectly executed gold medal winning race (duathlon), it was non stop action!
