1. What is BODY SHAPE Ciputra?
BODY SHAPE Ciputra is a group exercise program designed by Vietfighter Gym ( www.vietfighter.com ), well known in Hanoi for its effective training programs and for getting real results. It has been designed especially for Ciputra residents with the goal of getting in shape before the Christmas holidays while having fun.
2. What is the duration and schedule of the course?
The course runs for 6 weeks, starting on November 5, 2013. Sessions take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 9-10am. There are 12 sessions in total.
3. Where does training take place?
Training takes place outdoors, at the Ciputra Basketball Court located near G2/G3 entrance gate.
4. Who will be the trainer for this course?
The instructor for Body Shape Ciputra is Mr. Matt Pavia, a VietFighter trainer from the USA.
5. How much does it cost?
The price for the entire 12-session course is 1,800,000 VND.
6. What types of exercises does this course include?
The latest in weight loss, strength & conditioning exercises that will make you lose the fat while improving your muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness which mean you will LOOK and FEEL great!
Exercises include interval training, pylometrics, calisthenics, core strengthening, and much more.
7. What level of fitness should participants have?
This program is suitable for all fitness level. You do not have to be fit to start this program but you will be once you have finished the program!
8. As training takes place outdoors, what happens if a course has to be cancelled due to bad weather?
Participants will be informed 30 min prior to the start of the session if it has to be cancelled due to inclement weather. In this case, participants have the option to attend a make-up class for a group training session at the VietFighter Gym during that same week.
The Vietfighter Strength & Conditioning Program can also be used as cross training for other sports like soccer, basketball, tennis, swimming, badminton, golf & more, just like professional athletes do.
