Does smashing things really help?
Research suggests that simply “letting your anger out” isn’t a universal solution for managing emotions.
But there’s another side to the story. Some people spend years suppressing their anger, convincing themselves they shouldn’t feel it at all.
For some, stepping into a rage room is the first time they’ve allowed themselves to feel anger, cry, scream, or release emotions without hurting anyone.
It’s not a cure. But it can be the beginning of reconnecting with emotions that have been buried for years.
You’re not smashing objects to become more aggressive. You’re doing it in a safe, controlled environment where difficult emotions can finally be expressed.
Everyone processes emotions differently. For some, it’s meditation. For others, it’s running. And for some, the first step is a rage room.
We don’t promise therapy. We offer a safe space where you can let go, feel, and release — without judgment.
