5 mẹo để phát triển bản thân cùng The Saigon Crew !

1. Hãy Cười Nhiều cùng Bạn Bè.

Việc học thông qua trò chơi (gamified learning) có thể làm tăng tỷ lệ ghi nhớ lên tới 36% đến 42% so với các phương pháp giảng dạy truyền thống.

2. Nhìn từ một góc nhìn khác. Lead thử. Và Follow thử.

Khi đang làm quen với một người mới, chúng ta thường đặt câu hỏi về họ. Họ trả lời và sau đó hỏi ngược lại chúng ta. Đó là quá trình: cho và nhận thông tin.

Khiêu vũ cũng là một cuộc trò chuyện, nơi mà cả hai phía đang giao tiếp với nhau. Việc "Nói" là một kỹ năng (vai trò). Việc "Lắng nghe" cũng là một kỹ năng (vai trò). Cả hai đều vô cùng cần thiết để tạo nên một cuộc đối thoại tuyệt vời.

3. Lúc mệt thì nghỉ

Dân nhảy mình suốt ngày đứng trên chân, còn đi làm văn phòng thì lại ngồi lì một chỗ... Bởi vậy, mỏi thì phải vận động, mà mệt thì phải biết nghỉ. Mỗi người tụi mình phải tự biết cân bằng để không bị kiệt sức. Nói gì thì nói, anh em mình vẫn luôn sát cánh bên nhau trên con đường tìm kiếm sự thăng hoa với nhảy múa.

4. Chậm Lại thôi. Hãy để ý hơi thở của mình mà không phản xét nó.

Làm con người mà, phức tạp là chuyện bình thường. Nhảy cặp dễ làm mình trào dâng đủ thứ cảm xúc cùng một lúc lắm.

Khi học cái mới, cứ thử chậm lại chút xíu, mình sẽ dễ thấy chỗ nào đang bị mất thăng bằng, chỗ nào đang gồng hay bị stress. Cứ cùng nhau hít thở sâu, ôm trọn khoảnh khắc rồi tha lỏng hết ra. Nhảy mà vô flow thư giãn lúc nào cũng đã hơn là lúc đang bị cứng người.

5. Chăm chỉ mà tập cùng nhau !

Tài năng chỉ đưa mình đi một đoạn thôi, muốn thành công thì phải chịu cày và đều tay. Nhưng đừng đi một mình, vì chẳng ai lớn nổi nếu thiếu anh em. Tụi mình cần một hội nhóm để cùng đi lên và thấy mình thuộc về nhau. Đa số là tụi mình đang cố hết sức, cứ làm sai rồi nhìn nhau cười xòa, vui vẻ không quạu. Tập đâu phải để diễn hay lấy giải, chỉ là để được tập cùng nhau thôi. Cùng cố gắng rồi cùng mà vui, vậy là đủ đẹp rồi.
