It is written that the only thing constant in life is change. Nothing escapes that reality, including Rock Life Crossfit.
In the coming weeks and months, I will be transitioning ownership to Ryan at Beyond Limits Fitness. He has gyms throughout the Caribbean, and will make the gym even better than ever.
With change, there is reflection and some bittersweet feelings. We created something pretty cool here, that was for the community. I’m so proud to have been able to be a part of your lives through some pretty trying times.
I could not have done it without a fantastic team. While this list is not exhaustive, I want to thank Rachel, Meagan, Mason, Katie, Marcella, LB, Quincey and Dougie for everything they’ve done. Of course, plenty of new staff and coaches as well that have carried the gym in my absence.
Throughout it all, i always had the support, help and friendship of Bryan and Angelica. Thank you both for always being there for me.
Likewise, my heartfelt thanks to anyone who stepped through the doors of the gym. I hope you always felt welcome and a part of the Rock Life family. Until we see each other again, take care of yourselves.
