Shen Dragon Krav-Street Self-Defense is a beginner-friendly class for teens and adults who want to learn practical awareness, boundaries, simple escapes, pad striking, and real-world confidence in a safe, clean, professional dojo environment.
This training is not about violence — it is about protection, preparation, and learning how to recognize danger sooner, respond with confidence, and get home safe.
