New Yoga Classes at Jackson Fitness!

We’re excited to introduce Vinyasa Flow and Power Flow with Jackie. Two energizing and restorative classes designed to help you balance strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

📅 Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
📅 Saturdays at 12:30 PM
🗓️ First class begins October 29th!

💲 $12 for Jackson Fitness Members or $50 for a 5-class package

💲 $15 for Nonmembers or $60 for 5-Class Package
