Fall is about changing, and so has our schedule!

Theme Nights are back on Mondays at 6pm and so is Wednesday 7pm Core and Stretch. A bit more festive, a bit more flexi, but always about the fitness!

Keep an eye on all the little schedule changes, and we’ll see you in the studio for fun and fitness!

Monday and Wednesday spin classes will now be at 5:45pm, followed by 6:45pm Full Body & Mat Sculpt. We’ll monitor how this change goes and adjust as needed.
