Hello Everyone! Thank you all so much for the support and love, as we work to put Bellamy Cay back together. We have been making progress in clearing the tress and rubble and primarily focused on cleaning up the environmental impact of this storm to our surrounds in Trellis Bay. We have found many of our tools and clothes and things in the sea, and recovered some functional solar panels as well. We are still missing about 40 which must be somewhere in the sea nearby an we have been cleaning up sheet metal, plastic and other debris blown off the island into the sea. One generous customer sent us a Generator, so we have light and fans and refrigeration again! thank you Stewart! By Monday we will try to get photos uploaded and thank you for your help!

Again, we have to THANK everybody for your generous donations and your help. We appreciate every single kind of help cause we really need it. You are amazing !
Another update what's going on here : After hurricane Maria we're finally able to start making progress. During the next days Brian Duff wants to build a new dock with whatever he finds on the island, clean up, build a place to sleep, cause he lost his whole house and see what's left for rebuilding projects.. pictures coming soon !
And you might be intersted how our donation campaign is going on and what our first investion is going to be. We have 3600$ together, thank you so much, without financial help we would not be able to start anything. Well, it's almost enough money for a new generator ! And that's a big step in the right direction. So please KEEP GOING and sharing and helping. We need it and we're still far away from the amount of money we need to bring back our Last Resort.

First of all, we want to say THANK YOU for all the support we've already got.. so far many of you shared our project and we've already got 2000$ together. It's still a long long way to but every dollar makes a differnce.
We're also going to make a list of specific things we need (tools,generators, quitchen equipment,solar panels,materials,..) if you're able to support us directly with those things.
Sooner or later we'll need motivated volunteers who want to help us.. but those things will take some time until we're ready to start. So please keep sharing and supporting ! Thanks again, we really appreciate every kind of support.

Now to the second point.. the first pictures of our island after the hurricane. That's what Irma left.. I'm still shocked and can't believe it's real. Now you know why we need every help we get.

Please help my home for the last 18 months! The last resort has such a huge amount of history behind it it would be such a huge shame to see it die.
