This photo was taken more than 16 years ago while coaching a student. Looking back, it’s a reminder of one of the most rewarding parts of my journey—not teaching techniques or skills, but helping people discover what they’re capable of.

There is something incredibly fulfilling about watching someone develop confidence, resilience, and belief in themselves. Seeing a person face adversity, push through self-doubt, and come out stronger on the other side never gets old.

Over the years, I’ve realized that growth isn’t just about achieving goals; it’s about becoming the kind of person who can handle challenges with courage and determination while maintaining honor, loyalty and respect. Being able to play even a small role in that transformation is a privilege I’ll never take for granted.

Sixteen years later, the joy of helping people grow remains just as meaningful as it was then.
