SHARE A MEMORY FROM THE FIELD OF HONOR

When you’re at the Zionsville Fall Festival this weekend, take a few minutes to visit the 9/11 Field of Honor — A Tribute of 2,977 Flags at Lions Park.

Walk among the flags. Take it in. Remember.

For many of us, the sight of 2,977 flags brings back a memory of where we were that day, who we were with and what we remember most about September 11, 2001.

This year, as we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, it feels especially meaningful to pause and honor the people and moments that have shaped our country — including the lives lost on 9/11 and the countless people who stepped forward to help in the days that followed.

We’d love for you to share your photos, memories or reactions from your visit. Whether you share a photo of the field or tell us what went through your mind as you stood there, we’d love to hear from you.

Thank you for helping us remember the 2,977 lives lost, honor our country and keep their stories in our hearts.

Please visit the Field of Honor throughout the festival weekend.

The 73rd Annual Zionsville Fall Festival Parade steps off at 10 AM from Zionsville Community High School!

So grab your chairs, bring the family, find your spot along the route and get ready for one of our favorite Fall Festival traditions!

And Mother Nature may have her own plans for the morning, so keep an eye on the sky! A little rain? We can handle that. But if you hear thunder or see lightning in the area, please take it seriously and seek shelter until the storm has passed. Safety comes first!

We'll keep an eye on conditions and share updates if anything changes.

Otherwise... LET'S GET THIS PARADE STARTED!
