This event is otherwise free and open to the public, and additional donations are appreciated.

Join us on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 9am for a special event supporting a beloved family in our CrossFit AFCO community. This fundraiser workout will include a 5K loop beginning and ending at the gym, and walkers are warmly encouraged to participate. Z especially loved his walks. We hope you can join us to support Z’s foundation, and raise awareness for mental health! ♥️
