Howdy Folks,
I hope this message finds you well.
This week we are going to continue to work on our core, refine Tiakyoku 1 with reverse strikes as well as introducing shutos with that kata, and finally we will look at how to escape from an opposite side grab.
Every week we will be building on these techniques so that the students can them their own.
This Thursday we will wrap things up with a devotional on false gods.
As always, if there is anything that I can be praying about for you, please let me know.

Classes are on Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 for youth and 7:30 to 8:30 for Adults. The tuition is $10

Howdy Folks,

I hope this message finds you well.

Thanks for all of you that made our first night great!

We covered a ton of exercises, the 5 main strikes, Tiakyoku 1 with reverse strike as well as modified self-defense techniques.

Every week we will be building on these techniques.

We wrapped things up with a devotional on how to live a life well lived.

If I could ask one favor, the GMAU is mostly shared with others through word of mouth.
