Coming in at 6β4 Logan is a Point Guard from Zionsville and is one of the top ranked basketball players in Indiana. However there was one major thing holding him back after an ankle injury from the previous season. His number one goal coming to Parisi was to increase his vertical and we did just that by 7 INCHES. His old standing vertical was 25in now he is reaching 32in which was his old Max Vertical! Logans new max vertical has him soaring through the air at heights of 38 inches. Logan continues to be a major threat on the basketball court and huge asset to his team. Clutch shots under pressure, defensive stops, steals, precision passing, alley oops? You name it Logans got it in the bag.
Standing Vertical: 25 β‘οΈ 32 inches
Max Vertical: 32 β‘οΈ 37 inches
How did we do it?
Explosive lifts, plyometrics, change of direction speed, core strength, and we focused on moving weight with power and speed.
- Muscle Activation
- Olympic lifting
- Eccentric Squats and Jumps
- Single Leg Strength and Power
- Ground Contact
Good luck this weekend at the Top 100 Showcase LoganβΌοΈ π―
