📣 Practice Cancelled Today 📣

To allow our Jr. Zee Bees families the opportunity to attend the Back to School Fiesta at Zion-Benton High School, practice has been cancelled for today.

We apologize for the late notice, but we don’t want families to have to choose between football practice and this great community event. We encourage everyone to attend and take advantage of the valuable resources, information, and activities available to help kick off the school year.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We will resume our regular practice schedule tomorrow.

🚨 IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT NOTICE 🚨

This is the FINAL NOTICE regarding all Jr. Zee Bee football equipment that was checked out and not returned.

Our records indicate that all equipment was issued under signed and notarized equipment agreements. All outstanding equipment needs to be returned, the organization is has conducted a complete inventory and reconciliation sheet.

If you are in possession of any Jr. Zee Bee equipment including helmets or shoulder pads, you must return it immediately.

All equipment must be returned no later than 8/3/26.

Failure to return organization property by the deadline will result in the matter being referred to our legal counsel to pursue recovery of the equipment as permitted by law plus fees associated with legal representation.

If you have equipment or believe our records are incorrect, please contact us immediately to make arrangements for its return. You can call Jheri at 224-538-9287.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we work to protect the resources that have been entrusted to our organization and ensure our athletes have the equipment they need for the upcoming season.

The Jr. Zee Bees are officially marching in the Zion Labor Day Parade, and we need our entire Jr. Zee Bee family to help us make this an unforgettable day!

🏈 Calling All 7th & 8th Grade Football Players! 🏈

The Zion Benton Jr. Zee Bees are looking to add more athletes to our Heavyweight Team for the 2026 season!

Is your child interested in playing football? There’s no better time to get started! Our program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of football, building confidence, developing leadership skills, and creating lifelong friendships.

💪 Does your athlete meet the weight requirements for our Heavyweight squad? If so, we want them on the field with us!

🚨 EQUIPMENT RETURN REMINDER 🚨

This notice is for all families who signed the Equipment Responsibility Agreement and have not yet returned issued Jr. Zee Bees football equipment.

Per the signed agreement, all equipment remains the property of the Jr. Zee Bees Youth Football Organization, and the signer is financially responsible for any unreturned items.

📦 EQUIPMENT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please return all issued equipment using one of the following options:

Drop-Off Location: Jr. Zee Bees Football Field
Days: Monday – Friday
Time: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

OR

Schedule a Return Appointment: Call 224-538-9287
Deadline to Call: No later than Friday, 7/31/26

⏰ DEADLINE

All equipment should be returned by Monday, 7/31/26

After this date, accounts will be considered past due for any unreturned equipment and additional fees for collection will be accessed

If equipment is not returned by the deadline:

A formal repayment notice will be issued to the individual who signed the Equipment Responsibility Agreement (ID on file)
The signer will be responsible for the full replacement cost of all unreturned items plus fees
