I am not able to lead any workouts on YouTube or Facebook. I may do Personal Training or classes on Zoom at a later date. Until then, let me share with you some of my YouTube favs! As many of you know I love Cassey Ho for Pilates and I recently found Yoga with Adriene to be amazing. If you want to spend time with a local Pike County gal join Social Distancing with Sandy FB page. She does live Zumba at night and Breakfast Barre in the morning! Of course, always check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program and use good judgement and modifications as necessary.

Keeping a food journal keeps you aware of what you are eating. I am not suggesting to do this for weight loss at this time but to make sure that you are eating as nutritiously as possible. Don’t forget to list what you drink in your journal as well. Being off schedule has upset my hydration more than anything else so I will be adjusting that for me. A food journal is also a habit so this could be a time to make a new habit. I am also considering keeping a regular journal and a prayer journal.
