If youâre a busy woman over 30 who feels exhausted by the afternoon, your schedule may not be the only thing draining your energy.
Sometimes, itâs the fact that you started your day without a plan to fuel yourself.
When you wait until youâre already hungry, stressed, or rushing between responsibilities to decide what to eat, convenience usually wins. That doesnât mean you lack discipline, it does mean your brain is choosing the easiest option during an already demanding day.
Meal preparation doesnât have to mean spending your entire Sunday cooking or eating the same food all week.
It can simply mean knowing what youâll eat before the hunger hits.
Choose a protein for breakfast. Pack an easy lunch. Keep a snack nearby. Decide what dinner will be before 5 PM rolls around.
Those small decisions can help support steadier energy, fewer cravings, better workouts, and a much calmer relationship with food(it doesnât for me).
You spend so much time making sure everyone else is prepared. You deserve to prepare for yourself, too. â€ïž
