Some of our youth baseball/softball kids ⚾️ Big thanks to our HighSchool coach & team

Officer Trevathan and Coach Ludewig enlisted the help of some varsity baseball players during elementary PE. Elementary students threw baseballs and softballs to the varsity players and the radar was used to measure their pitch velocity. Coach Ludewig said that the students were impressed at their pitch speeds and it’s safe to say that ZISD has some future varsity players in the making. Thank you to varsity players Justus Marshall, Donnie Brunk, and Garrett Metcalf for helping with this project today.

You can pick up a form & turn in forms at Colemans gas station & Carlenes Cafe! We’re excited for the season, plz get your ballers signed up ASAP! We’re also planning a field clean up day, will post w/ more info as it becomes available.

Our coach pitch Cardinals won their game tonight 14-1 👏🏼 So so proud of all these kiddos, they've came a long way. We got a couple too! Such a great group of kids ⚾️

Come out and support the Zavalla Youth Baseball league Saturday, May 13th. We will be at Brookshire Brothers in Zavalla. If you would like to donate or have any questions you can call Aimee at 832-691-9453 or Milly Martin at 936-465-3004. The money raised from this event will help buy trophies/medals for the players and upkeep on the fields.
