Please help me congratulate, Januarys member of the month- Amity Ryan! She is determined, strong and so much fun to be around! Her drive is impeccable and she crushed every wod she does! Amity loves G2OH movements ( Bc her shoulders are so super strong) and she really dislikes wallballs ( we feel ya girl!) we love having her around, and we’re so grateful to have her at ! Ryan ❤️

CrossFit fam! Please help me congratulate December’s members of the month..... and rob Dunn! These 2 work extremely hard EVERY time they train. Both participated in the open, multiple competitions and most recently, a powerlifting meet! They work diligently and are truly always working to become better! Congrats you two! You deserve it!

Grateful, blessed and overwhelmingly thankful for this community of people. We each have so much love, support and encouragement for one another.. we make each other better with every passing day. We laugh together, have fun together and sometimes cry together but we always build each other up. This is what CrossFit is all about, this is who is. Happy thanksgiving!

Hey Crossfit Fam! Help me congratulate November’s Members of the month!!!! and !These 2 are rockstars everytime they step foot into ! Heather has been a member for a few months and boy what a transformation physically and mentally! She’s lost so many inches and lbs but most importantly she has gained so much confidence! And has transformed her whole entire life for the better and healthier version of herself! She gets after it every single class! She is amazing! Her positivity radiates to everyone around her! Then we have Jodi! She is an incredible human being! If you want to be apart of a community within CrossFit because of the love and support, she epitomizes all of those traits! She travels to all of our competitions, to support and cheer on all of the cfz athletes and takes pictures without anyone even asking! She recently joined in all of the open workouts, and CONTINUES to amaze the coaching staff with all of her successes! We all are so lucky to be able to share this community with these amazing ladies! Congrats, you both deserve it so much!
