Meal Plan or Macro Tracking? Which is Better? 🤔

The answer is… it depends.

A meal plan provides structure. You don’t have to think about what to eat because it’s already laid out for you. This can be a great option for busy people, beginners, or anyone who wants a simple roadmap to follow.

Macro tracking provides flexibility. You can choose the foods you enjoy while still working toward your calorie and nutrition goals. It also helps teach portion sizes and gives you a better understanding of how calorie-dense different foods are.

The truth is that both approaches can work.

No matter which method you choose, the foundation remains the same:
